**Requirements**:

- **Experienced** Cosmetic Assistant, Laser Technician, or Medical Aesthetician
- Experience in assisting physicians preparing for treatment
- Performing laser treatments
- Experience assisting in Neuromodulator (Botox), Filler, Belkyra, Sculptra preparation is beneficial
- Experience with an EMR system (Accuro) is an asset but not required
- Strong understanding of skin, skin health, and medical-grade skincare products
- Exceptional customer service skills, warm personality, and excellent communication skills
- Passion for medical aesthetics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English
- Attention to detail and the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Ability to analyze, problem-solve, and take initiative
- Open, positive, and accountable
- Possess a professional demeanor
- Polished, and poised in appearance
- Excellent sales techniques
- Experience with social media platforms and marketing is an asset
- Eagerness to learn about new treatments, techniques, and products
- Availability to work full-time hours (Monday-Friday 830-430)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-rate service to cosmetic patients
- Assist cosmetic physicians with procedures and preparing for treatment
- Prepare patients for treatments: Botox drawn up, medical supplies laid out, face cleansed, photos, consent, topical numbing if needed, and go over post procedure care
- Ensure the smooth operation of the cosmetic side of the clinic
- Work closely with cosmetic doctors to optimize scheduling and assist with treatments
- Interact with patients to create a welcoming environment and build long-term relationships
- Quote patients for laser procedures, cosmetic services, and skincare
- Prepare patients and rooms for cosmetic treatments
- Take high-quality baseline and follow-up photos
- Conduct detailed consultations with patients regarding their concerns and goals
- Schedule and confirm cosmetic consultations and laser procedure appointments
- Explain and assist with cosmetic consent forms
- Provide post-care instructions and answer patient questions
- Follow up with consultation leads to ensure appointments are not lost
- Manage and handle private payments
- Work closely with other laser technicians to ensure efficient scheduling of laser treatments and perform treatments as necessary
- Collaborate with the clinic manager for smooth cosmetic operations and work on special projects as indicated
- Manage skincare and cosmetic product inventory, including tracking, ordering, and reporting on sales
- Assist patients who may have experienced product reactions or unintended treatment outcomes
- Stay updated on medical-grade skincare products and clinic services
- Follow clinic policies and procedures
- Keep detailed clinical notes
- Participate in cosmetic team meetings
- Keep patient information confidential and secure
- Assist in social media and marketing strategy

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
