**What You’ll Do**:

- Contact leads to **close ticket sales** for our elite business conference.
- Attend the conference and workshops to **close high-ticket product sales** in person, building relationships with motivated attendees.

**Note: This is an in-person position based at our Burlington, ON office.**

**What We’re Looking For**:
This position requires:

- **100+ calls per day**.
- **Exceptional closing skills** over the phone and in person.
- A **proven track record** of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Business or real estate experience** is a strong plus, as you’ll be interacting with high-performing professionals.

**The Nitty-Gritty**:

- Expect to hit the phones every day, making hundreds of dials and building a strong pipeline.
- We conduct **daily roleplays and call reviews** to help you refine your skills and master the art of closing.
- This is not a casual or pit-stop job. This is a career for serious high performers ready to excel.

**Compensation**:

- Leads, past customers, and a pipeline provided.
- Top performers earn **$15k/month+**, with no income ceiling.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $10,000.00-$20,000.00 per month

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
