**About the role**:
The Hospital strives to deliver care that is centred on patients and families. Patient and Family Centred Care (PFCC)

The Administrative Assistant, Quality and Risk Management, reports to the Director, Quality and Risk Management,

and is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support, confidential in nature, to the Quality and Risk

Management (QRM) team.

Additionally, the Administrative Assistant, QRM, is the main contact responsible for processing patient and family feedback through the

Compliments and Concerns Console; in consultation with the Director, QRM. Other responsibilities related to the Compliments and Concerns

Console includes supporting departments with system navigation, updating leads as required, pulling reports, and coordination of follow-up and console

management as directed through the QRM team or Director.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience:
*Post‑secondary degree/diploma in business or office administration.

*Minimum 3‑5 years administrative experience in a large scale environment, preferably in the health care

industry.

Skills/Abilities:
*Proven speed, accuracy and proficiency in filing and keyboarding.

Windows environment.

*Excellent oral and written communication skills, including pleasant disposition, integrity, discretion, tact and

ability to communicate effectively.

*Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

*Ability to work independently to prioritize and coordinate assigned tasks in a demanding environment.

Salary Range: $31.431 to 36.979
