**Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Admin person to join our team. At Pierce Florcraft, we pride ourselves on offering top-quality flooring solutions and exceptional customer service. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Sales Admin to support our sales team and help us maintain smooth operations in our boutique style showroom.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and general sales support.
- Process and track customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with restocking as needed.
- Manage and organize customer files, orders, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and other necessary documents.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet store targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient store operations.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales support, administration, or a related field (preferably in retail or flooring).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Interest in design and flooring products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and other office software.
- Strong work ethic, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
