**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Valid BC Real Estate license
- Located in the Lower Mainland
- Knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (sales experience is an asset)
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel by car
