Reporting to the Director, Client Services, the Client Specialist (CS) will lead, coordinate and manage all aspect of the “on-boarding” of new business. The CS will guide and collaborate with clients and internal business partners delivering a positive client experience and a seamless transition.

**Specific Accountabilities**:
**Contribute to Client Satisfaction and Retention through Strong Customer Service by**:

- Implement new business which includes the comprehension of and completion of our company’s Master Application.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of company products and services.
- Face to face client meetings (overnight travel may apply).
- Treating clients as partners whereby building opportunities, innovation and value together, thus becoming linked to each other’s future.
- Attending client events and actively building relationships.
- Meeting deadlines, fulfilling commitments and setting expectations.
- Continuously learning and building knowledge of ClaimSecure’s operation and services
- Acting as a liaison between the ClaimSecure Operations Centre and the Account Management team.
- Client training (reporting, eligibility, eProfile, and other product etc ) via in-person or virtual.
- Member training via in-person or virtual.
- Group terminations (updating internal client database, invoicing, providing exit reports etc )
- Providing booklets upon request
- Meeting deadlines, fulfilling commitments and ensuring that all service standards are met or exceeded.
- Involvement in projects as assigned.
- Reviewing RFP’s
- Defining and developing the CS role.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver’s license and vehicle, willingness and availability for travel, including national air travel.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service capacity, preferably in the healthcare, pay-direct drug or group insurance industry.
- Experience managing large accounts and client relationships.
- Knowledge of group prescription Drug and Dental programs as well as other benefits that comprise a Group Benefit Program, i.e. Extended Health Care, Vision Care, Out of Country coverage.
- Strong customer focus and professional acumen.
- Proven effectiveness in time management skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work towards meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong organizational skills and process orientation.
- Solid problem-solving skills.
- Detailed oriented with a high level of quality.
- Ability to excel in a team environment.
- Self-starter who is proactive and capable of working with mínimal supervision.
- Must have a proven track record for attendance, punctuality and reliability.
- University Degree or College Diploma preferred.
- Knowledge of contact management software (Salesforce) would be an asset.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
