Client Service Specialist

We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our GroupQuest team.### ### # **The Client Service Specialist will:*** ****Maintain regular communication with brokers to ensure their group needs are met, plus build relationships.* Pricing, preparing and executing plan changes.* Pull and prepare experience reports, including more detailed reports for larger groups.* Handle and resole escalated claims, admin, and billing issues.* Assist with commission and contracting issues.* Manage the submission and tracking of all MGA appointment letters.* Manage and process the submission on Agent of Record letters.* Manage the submission of termination letters.* Manage overdue account notifications and pending terminations due to minimum participation requirements.# **To be a successful Client Service Specialist you will need:*** Completion of a post-secondary education.* Minimum 2 years of Group Benefits experience.* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.* Excellent command of the English language, including strong written and verbal communication. • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.* Group Insurance principles and assessment techniques.* Comprehensive knowledge of group benefit plans and terminology.* Excellent reasoning, judgment and decision-making abilities.* Able to work independently and as part of a team.* Time-management skills and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment# **All-star candidates will have:*** GBA designation under CEBS program* Bilingualism in both official languages English & French# **What's in it for you:*** Learn by working alongside our experts* Extended health care and dental benefits* A retirement savings plan with company contributions* A suite of Health & Wellness offerings* Mental Health programs and support for you and your family* Assistance for the completion of industry designations* Competitive compensation At People Corporation we are committed to helping businesses succeed.### ### This role will be a part of GroupQuest, a division of People Corporation within Partner Solutions.
