**Position Summary**

The Site Supervisor will primarily be responsible for leading the daily activities of site supervision on worksites, including ensuring project scopes/work, regulations, timelines and safety codes are followed and met. The Site Supervisor monitors employees and subcontractors’ job performances on worksites to ensure duties are being completed. The Site Supervisor must have a strong dedication to health and safety in the workplace ensuring all workers and subcontractors perform their duties in accordance with ServiceMASTER Restore of Edmonton's policies and procedures.

The Site Supervisor must have good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills to manage one or multiple construction projects on a daily basis at all stages of construction.

**Responsibilities**
- Execute construction activities in accordance with project manager instructions, project drawings, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, procedures, quality standards, work practices, and procedures.
- Lead, assist in the scheduling and coordination of work of various trades and vendors on site. Monitor productivity of crews and implement action plans to maximize productivity.
- Accountability for meeting deadlines.
- Responsible for safety at each work site, conducts and documents safety meeting with compliance to both the Occupational Health and Safety Codes and company polices including performing a hazard assessment with crews before beginning work on site. As well ensures compliance for all OH&S is followed by all employees including sub trades on site.
- Complete all necessary forms daily such Work Authorization, Daily Psychometric Readings, Equipment Activity Reports and Job Hazard Assessment.
- Daily submission of accurate Daily reports, including timesheets for self and crew members. Must review time sheets and all paperwork to ensure precision before submitting it to payroll.
- Provide the Project Manager with up to date reports on the status of the job at the end of each work day, and remains in continual contact to inform of any changes and calls that are of concern.
- Manage all questions on project site from homeowners/ business owners in a professional, dignified, knowledgeable and calming manner.
- Complete performance appraisals for field crews, specifically being proactive in correcting underachieving crews.
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in Construction Supervisor role
- Good knowledge and working ability on proper use equipment such excavator, fork lift, JLG lift, etc.
- Strong Leadership and Communication abilities. Ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Good computer skills and use of Microsoft specifically word and excel
- CSTS, Standard First Aid, Leadership for Safety Excellence, fall protection certifications
- IICRC certifications are an asset
- Criminal Background Check will be required
- Must have class 5 driver’s license
- Ability to work out of town, evenings and weekends when required
