- **Blueprint Mastery**: Dive into blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to steer projects in the right direction.
- **On-Site Hero**: Oversee construction activities, ensuring that everything stays on track, meets top-notch standards, and adheres to safety protocols.
- **Site Visits**: Conduct engaging and hands-on site visits to monitor progress, tackle challenges, and keep everything running smoothly.
- **Budget Savvy**: Assist in crafting project budgets and keep a close eye on expenses to ensure financial success.
- **Tech-Savvy Management**: Use cutting-edge construction management software to keep all project documentation and communications seamless.
- **Safety Champion**: Implement and champion safety protocols, creating a secure and productive work environment.
- **Quality Inspector**: Perform meticulous quality control inspections to ensure our work is always up to our high standards.
- **Problem Solver**: Collaborate with stakeholders to creatively overcome any design or construction hurdles that come your way.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role within the construction industry.
- A strong grasp of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating.
- Stellar organizational and time management skills.
- Expertise in budgeting and cost control techniques.
- Proficiency with construction management software like ProCore or Bluebeam.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- A hands-on approach with the flexibility to work both on-site and in the office (only one day a week).
