**Responsibilities**:
As Site Supervisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of our construction sites, ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing day-to-day site operations and coordinating trades
- Inspecting work for quality, safety, and code compliance
- Enforcing site safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized job site
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
- Planning and assigning tasks to ensure timely project delivery
- Mentoring apprentices and supporting team development
- Collaborating with Project Managers and Construction Managers
- Maintaining accurate records of attendance, materials, and progress
- Communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Upholding Omnia’s commitment to craftsmanship and client satisfaction

**Qualifications & Requirements**

We’re looking for a professional who brings experience, leadership, and a passion for building:

- 3+ years of progressive construction experience, including site supervision
- Journeyman Carpenter accreditation preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Ability to read and understand blueprints (Bluebeam Revu experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
- Self-motivated, organized, and committed to continuous improvement

**Additional Details**
- Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Overtime as required
- Travel to multiple job sites may be necessary
- Benefits available after probationary period
