Construction Site Supervisor Employer: NEWERGY INDUSTRIES INC. Location: Edmonton, AB T5T 4J5 (On site) Salary: $37.00/hour, 30 to 40 hours per week Start Date: As soon as possible Employment Type: Permanent, Full‑time Job Summary The Construction Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction operations, manage laborers, ensure safety standards, and coordinate with subcontractors. Responsibilities Prepare production and other reports Supervise workers and projects Co‑ordinate and schedule activities Train or arrange for training Estimate costs and materials Read blueprints and drawings Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies Oversee safety of operations Coordinate subcontractors’ activities Qualifications Secondary (high school) graduation certificate or equivalent experience 1 year to less than 2 years of construction site supervision experience Valid driver’s licence English language proficiency Organized, reliable, team player Ability to work under pressure Experience reading blueprints and drawings Working Conditions On site; no remote work available Construction site environment; various locations Physical demands: work under pressure, and may involve manual tasks Benefits Other benefits are available.
