Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: On-site (various locations)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our basement development and construction business. As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. You will work closely with the Project Manager and subcontractors to ensure that the project meets the client's expectations and stays within budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and material deliveries.
- Ensure that all work is completed according to the project plans, specifications, and local building codes and regulations.
- Monitor job progress and report on project status to the Project Manager.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all workers follow safety procedures and regulations.
- Identify potential issues and proactively resolve problems that may arise during the course of the project.
- Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget, while maintaining a high level of quality and workmanship.
- Communicate effectively with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and clients.
- Review and approve time cards, invoices, and other project-related documents.
- Maintain accurate records of all on-site activities, including daily progress reports, safety reports, and material inventory.
- Must have his own Vehicle. Vehicle fuel allowance and company supplies will be provided by the company.
- He should have GST number company.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in basement development or residential construction.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Demands:
The Site Supervisor may be required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods of time. The Site Supervisor may also be required to lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Salary and Benefits:
Salary for this position will be on profit sharing basis.

**Salary**: $4,500.00-$6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Residential supervision: 10 years (preferred)
