We’re looking for an **Operations Coordinator** to join our Calgary Branch and help us keep our operations running smoothly, efficiently, and with a customer-first mindset.

**What You’ll Do**:
As the Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Operations teams with handling many of the basic tasks relating to drivers, and assisting Local Operations Manager with any tasks pertaining to driver, trucks and other administrative duties.
- Ensure that drivers have all required paperwork.
- Set up deck trucks, shuttles, and other transportation for drivers.
- Assist with data entry for local dispatch functions, including daily estimated times of arrival (ETAs) and payroll processing.
- Maintain driver files, including logs, inspections, and insurance information.
- Collect and file drivers' logs weekly, and complete quarterly International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) documentation.
- Assist in obtaining tractor and trailer inspections bi-annually.
- Complete additional projects as assigned by the Operations Manager.
- Support the Operations Manager with driver check calls.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks related to drivers and dispatch functions.
- Collect, audit, and process daily driver paperwork logs.
- Maintain accuracy in the storage and bond drawer.
- Handle order entry for OA/DA moves.
- Perform administrative duties related to the Safety Committee.
- Maintain the safety cabinet and the QMM Health and Safety Manual.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scan paperwork, create files, order office supplies, sort and distribute mail, arrange couriers, and other tasks as required, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in logistics, operations, or customer service is an asset
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business or logistics is an asset
