**PURPOSE**:
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the overall flow of workplace operations. They are a central point of contact for members, volunteers, staff and contractors and generally keep track of Board directories, essential contact info, the CRM and Constant Contact, and social media accounts. The position works closely with the Executive Director to provide meeting and communication support, and with the Program Manager and Regional Leads, to provide program support.

**Specific duties include**:

- Assisting with Membership support (Event registration, maintaining CRM database, responding to inquiries)
- Assisting Fund Development Lead (entering donor info into the CRM, updating Contact Contact)
- Maintaining contact directories (board, staff, members)
- Providing meeting support (AGMs/partners)
- Creating content, updating and monitoring social media accounts
- Supporting event coordination (assisting with registration, distributing event info, onsite support)
- Assisting the Program Manager with event coordination (booking travel, venues)
- Promoting/circulating information regarding coaching and officiating clinics
- Other Duties as assigned by the Executive Director

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years in an Administrative/Operations related position would be an asset
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google products
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with Constant Contact as asset
- Experience with social media accounts and website content management as asset
- A satisfactory police criminal and judicial matters check is required as a condition of hire

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Calgary, AB T2E 4Z3
