**Job Summary**:
The Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning of our operations. This position involves managing various logístical tasks, coordinating activities across departments, and supporting the operational needs of the team. No prior experience is necessary (but preferred) —what we value most is a proactive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to contributing to the success of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Schedule Management**: Support the scheduling of meetings, events, and appointments, making sure all operational activities are properly planned and aligned with team priorities.
- **Budget & Expense Tracking**: Support tracking and managing operational expenses to ensure proper budget management and accurate reporting.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Help plan and organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Training will be provided to ensure you can handle all logistics with ease.
- **Project Support**: Assist in managing special projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. You will gain valuable experience in project coordination and management.
- **Document & Report Management**: Help prepare and organize reports, documents, and other materials. You will learn how to manage and present operational data.
- **Event Planning**: Support the planning and coordination of company events, from team meetings to larger gatherings. This is a great chance to develop your organizational skills.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Ensure that all operational activities adhere to company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- **Problem-Solving**: Support troubleshooting and resolving operational issues as they arise, providing efficient and effective solutions.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and help implement solutions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- A positive, proactive mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a willingness to improve and adapt.
- Naturally organized, with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is an asset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and contribute to operational success.
- A high level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- A willingness to learn and grow within the role and take on new challenges.
- **Education** (Preferred but not required):
- A diploma or degree in business administration, operations management, logistics, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory; or
- Equivalent experience, coursework, or a strong interest in operations will also be considered.
- **Nice to have**: A BC Driver’s License (Class 5 or N).
