*Please note that this position is a Hybrid full time and based at our office in Downtown Vancouver. Office hours will be Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm*_

**The Role**:
We’re looking for a **People & Culture Coordinator** to join our **People & Culture **team In this role, you will play a key part in creating a positive work environment, supporting employee growth and empowering our team to succeed. You will be responsible for managing employee-related processes and administrative operations so we can continue growing our world class team.

**Location**:
**Payroll & Benefits Responsibilities**:

- Process semi-monthly internal payroll for our North American team
- Enroll new hires and deactivate team members onto our extended health benefits plan
- Facilitate benefit questions from team members with our benefit providers

**P&C Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with the recruitment process including posting job ads, coordinating meetings and drafting offer letters
- Facilitating a smooth onboarding by collecting documentation and communicating payroll and benefit information
- Completing new hire orientations and coordinating cross-functional meetings to ensure a positive new hire experience
- Documenting and conducting audits on employee status changes including new hires, terminations, leave of absence, and transitions to ensure accurate record keeping and payroll coordination
- Performing benefits administration and liaising between employees and benefit providers
- Create and facilitate company events to increase team engagement & culture

**Office Admin Responsibilities**:

- Organizing venues, catering, set up and transportation logistics related to team social events, training sessions and executive meetings
- Coordinate flights & hotels for team travels for meetings, trade shows etc.
- Completing administrative tasks such as ordering gift cards, presents and swag for our team members and clients
- Ensuring the office space is clean, organized and well maintained, acting as the liaison with property management on any building/site issues

**Requirements**:

- You have 1+ years of HR, Office Administration, or Payroll/Accounting experience
- You have strong project management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple competing tasks and priorities
- You are detail oriented and organized
- You are resourceful and have a solution oriented approach
- You are curious and comfortable making decisions based on 70% of the information
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great a cross department collaboration communication/ update (aligning with other teams)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Coachable and openness to feedback / growth

**Bonus Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience with Lattice
- Previous startup experience
