As our Operations Coordinator, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the business. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating resources, and conducting client check-ins to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help streamline processes and maintain operational excellence. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and is eager to contribute to the success and growth of the company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Operational Support; Monitor and support the seamless execution of daily operations, adjusting staffing or processes as needed to optimize performance and meet client expectations.
Client Liaison; Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service to address inquiries, concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
Staffing Coordination: Organize and manage the daily staffing of employees, ensuring that the right team members are scheduled and deployed to meet operational needs effectively.
OHS and HR Support: Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) protocols to ensure a safe work environment. Provide support for HR-related tasks, such as addressing employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and contracts.
Provide payroll administration in order to support payroll managers
Perform any additional duties as required by management**Requirements**:
- 1+ years experience in Operations, Human Resources or Administrative coordination
Prior payroll experience would be an asset
Proactive approach to working in a fast paced environment
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Advanced proficiency with English (reading, writing and speaking)
Must have full-time valid working status in CanadaSalary: $50,000 per/annum (Full-time)**Work Conditions**:
This role will require you to work in the office, located in East Vancouver. Work hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm, occasional flexibility may be required for company events on occasion.
