**The Opportunity**

Fillmore Construction is looking to welcome an experienced Administrative Professional to our main office location in Edmonton, AB. As a key touch point for the organization, you are someone who is very personable, organized, and has remarkable verbal and written communication skills. With the ability to manage concurrent tasks, you ensure seamless communication throughout all levels of the organization and efficiency for administrative operations. Reporting to the Executive Assistant, this position is a central support resource for all areas of the organization.

The schedule for this position is Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming phone calls, responding to general inquiries and re-directing calls to the appropriate personnel or department
- Welcome visitors to the facility, directing them to the appropriate personnel or boardroom
- Assist with the organization and preparation of on-site client meetings
- Maintain collaborative workspace areas and assist with boardroom bookings
- Order, maintain inventory, and replenish office lunchroom amenities and consumable office supplies
- Assist with the administration of calendars and bookings
- Assist with travel and accommodation bookings
- Support internal and external event management and scheduling (may occur outside of standard schedule)
- General administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, filing, data entry, printing, etc
- Scheduling maintenance and servicing of printers, copiers, shredders, etc
- Support all areas of the organization with general administrative duties, as required
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and courier packages
- Other duties, as required.

**Your Key Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Administrative Professional Certificate or Diploma is considered an asset
- 3 - 5 years of direct work experience in a receptionist capacity
- Advanced knowledge and demonstrated experience with the full Microsoft Suite
- Ability to operate multi-line phone system
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
