Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Administrator, located at our Edmonton, AB office. The Business Administrator will oversee daily operations, client interactions and quotations, manage financial and administrative tasks, develop and implement business strategies, and ensure operational efficiency. Responsibilities include client communication and coordination, monitoring business processes, and collaborating with internal teams to support the center's services. The role also involves creating effective communication channels and fostering a client-centric environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Administration and Business Management practices
  • Strong Analytical Skills for decision-making and problem-solving
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge and experience in Finance and financial planning
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in a professional services or similar industry is a plus
