**Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel while providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents to ensure easy access to information.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and tracking payments.
- Support daily operations in a medical or dental office environment, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication within the team.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, appointment scheduling, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and enhance overall efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative professional or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with medical or dental office operations is a plus.
- Proficient in using phone systems and various office software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $36,468.99-$57,539.12 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
