**The Opportunity**:
Our company is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team This job includes receptionist and office administrative duties. Construction knowledge is a big plus

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer interface and frequent interaction
- Lead management
- Initial project, new subcontractor, and new employee set up
- Manage company schedule
- Purchase Orders
- Office supplies inventory, event coordination, and cleanliness
- Assist finance department, inputting receipt and bill information
- Answer office phone
- Manage trade partner workers compensation and general liability coverage
- Daily use of project management software for various tasks
- Assist with creating company documents
- Company education coordination
- Assist all administrative and field staff as needed

**Qualifications**:

- A good attitude with a willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Kind, compassionate, problem-solver, with a solutions oriented nature.
- Efficient in the use of Windows, such as Microsoft Office programs.
- Building and manipulating spreadsheets and databases
- Excellent communication skills, especially in written correspondence and technical writing.
- Must have strong time management and organizational skills in order to cope effectively with deadlines and multiple demands.
- Must be detail-oriented, results-driven, and excellent at multitasking.
- Proficiency using standard office equipment such as computer, fax, photocopier, scanner, etc.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Full time
- Salary $18-20 per hour Depending on Experience
- Vacation, Holidays & PTO
- Medical Benefits (Dental and Health benefits)

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
