As an integral part of the administrative team, you will be responsible for providing great customer service and a positive client experience, while supporting the accountant team members. If you are detail orientated, like some variety in your work and enjoy interacting with clients and other community professionals, this position is for you.

The successful applicant will support the accounting team members and leadership in:

- Contacting existing clients, obtaining/receiving documentation required for file preparation and scheduling meetings on behalf of the firm
- Organizing the client files and taking a proactive approach to ensure that all information is received in advance.
- Utilizing templates to prepare client letters and documentation
- Preparing client files for upcoming meetings; ensuring that all paperwork is completed and that client files are complete
- Providing administrative assistance throughout the client engagement to ensure all actions are implemented and assisting with such actions
- Coordinating and track office reports
- Handling the set up and ensure successful client meetings, events and marketing activities

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
