We are looking for a **A/R CLERK / OFFICE ADMINISTRATION**

We work fast paced, but not at the expense of quality.

Looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to prepare accounts receivable transactions and process customer payments. Create invoices according to company practices and submit them for approval by management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Processing workorders into customer invoices
- Assist with processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
- Validate all deductions received on customer payments via appropriate approval chain
- Verify validity of account discrepancies such as over/short payments, unapplied amounts.
- Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
- Research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts
- Copy, file, and retrieve materials for accounts receivable as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned

You will also complete various administrating tasks as required.

**Qualifications**
- Post-Secondary Office Administration/Accounting Diploma, or equivalent work experience
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures
- Strong data entry skills along with a knack for working with numbers with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (ERP software)
- Exceptional customer service, communication and negotiation skills required; proficiency in English language skills required.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in in MS Office suite, intermediate excel skills preferred

Must have a positive attitude, which great listening skills
Must be able to multi-task with great attention to detail
Must have strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
