**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Invoicing, deposits, collections, receipts, purchase orders, filling documents and revenue
- Assist with month-end closings
- Check purchase orders to invoice
- Prepare bank deposits
- Prepare wire and EFT payments to vendors
- assist with inventory management
- Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and prepare various reports upon management’s requests.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years prior experience in a full cycle bookkeeping role
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Available to start immediately
- Attention to Detail
- Previous bookkeeping experience preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
