**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals according to **menu specifications and recipes**
- Manage **daily kitchen operations**, food preparation, and service execution
- Ensure compliance with **food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards** (HACCP)
- Monitor **food quality, portion control, and presentation**
- Assist with **menu planning, inventory management, and food costing**
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient **commercial kitchen environments**
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure **timely food service**
- Adhere to **hospitality industry standards and company policies**
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a **Chef, Cook, or Culinary Professional** in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of **commercial kitchen operations and food preparation techniques**
- Understanding of **food safety regulations and hygiene standards**
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced hospitality environment**
- Excellent time management and teamwork skills
- Passion for quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Culinary certification or **professional cooking diploma**
- Experience in **hotels, resorts, fine dining, or high-volume restaurants**
