Our **vision** is to offer the most user-friendly insurance sales distribution platform in the market. **About the position**: As a **Digital Marketing Manager**, you will own digital marketing campaigns and deliver on key performance metrics. You will work closely with some of the brightest minds cross-functionally to lay the groundwork by setting up marketing workflows, analyzing and optimizing our digital marketing strategy, running ABM campaigns, deconstructing data and presenting it to the leadership team. Our Marketing team is small but mighty. This past year we’ve focused on establishing a new brand and positioning to bring our new product to market. Together we are working to develop a process-led department with a culture of scientific experimentation. Do you have what it takes to be our Digital Marketing guru? **Nuts & Bolts**: - Start date: immediately - Status: Full time (40+ hours) - Location: Remote - Reports to: Head of Marketing - Career path advancement: Marketing Manager > Marketing Director > VP of Marketing **Other responsibilities**: - Develop a world-class marketing funnel from the ground up and implementing automation tools - Execute tactics that strategically validate hypothesis on target customers, messaging, and channels - Collaborate with sales to deliver convertible industry leading account-based marketing tactics - Make data driven decisions by monitoring and reporting key metrics across multiple data sources - Nurture an ongoing understanding of our footprint in the industry, our products and the mission **Qualifications**: - Must-haves: _ - 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, enterprise B2B, and ABM marketing - Demonstrated experience in SaaS product marketing and automation platforms - Willing to take extreme ownership of your work no matter what..no task is too big or too small - Comfortable working with ambiguity and unafraid to experiment on various social platforms - Demonstrated experience managing campaigns with a budget size of over $30,000 per month - Nice to have: _ - Previous experience in insurance, financial services and/or start-up environment - Bilingual in French and English - Previous experience using HubSpot - Advanced expertise in setting up and configuring automation tools **Compensation & Benefits**: **$70,000-$90,000 CAD** - **Additional perks**:_ - Fully remote work environment - $500 home office stipend - Flexible work hours - Competitive salary - 25 days paid time off - Team retreats - Strong work/life balance - Work with a team of high performers - Comprehensive dental and medical benefits including RRSP - Tons of opportunities for growth and career advancement - Learning and Development stipend (in the works) To learn more about us, visit our career page: **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Dental care - Flexible schedule - Paid time off Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday Application question(s): - Are you comfortable using marketing automation tools?
