The Right Time Group of Companies is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our internal Marketing Team and support our continued growth as a leading provider of home comfort services across Canada. This is a full-time, permanent, and remote position, offering a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most profitable, fastest-growing HVAC and home services companies in Canada.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and monitor campaign budgets, focusing on performance and return on investment.
- Plan and manage our social media platforms to drive engagement, leads, and sales.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance, using data to drive strategy and decision-making.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry, and implement strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies that drive performance.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
- Manage a small internal marketing team, fostering a performance-driven culture.
- Collaborate with agency partners on our digital strategy, ensuring alignment with our performance goals.
- Oversee the integration of new businesses we acquire, working with internal and external partners to ensure a smooth transition to the Right Time brand.
- Implement rigorous A/B testing methodologies for campaigns to drive performance and improve results.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role or a related field with a strong focus on lead generation, performance marketing, and A/B testing.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proficient in relevant digital marketing software and platforms.
- Strong understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in virtual/remote settings.
- Flexibility in workday schedule is a must.
- Bilingualism is a plus.

- This role may require availability outside of traditional office hours to meet project deadlines or to collaborate with team members in different time zones.
