Office Administrator and Tax Preparer

Dong Russell & Company Inc. (DRC) is an established CPA accounting firm located in the Broadway/Kitsilano area of Vancouver that provides assurance, accounting and taxation services to businesses, strata corporations, not-for-profit organizations and individuals for over 13 years. DRC operates in a paperless, Cloud based working paper environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Preparation of client invoices using Quickbooks
- Preparation of corporate and personal income tax returns using tax software programs
- Liaise directly with clients regarding tax returns, document requests and other items as needed
- Check and coordinate mail, send and receive couriers
- Provide other administrative support as needed

**Preferred skills**
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Quickbooks
- General accounting knowledge
- Caseware
- Tax software programs

Prior office experience is an asset, however, DRC will provide training and support. Compensation will be discussed based on experience.
