Need someone with an MSP background
**Responsibilities**:
- Interpret, understand, and deliver end-user requirements.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues for various clients.
- Previous work with MSP is must
**Must-haves**:
- 1-year experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) Environment.
- 1-2 years’ experience with Ticketing systems (Connect Wise)
- Experience with Windows 7 Pro, Windows Server 2008/2012.
- Experience with Desktop and Notebook Network configuration
- Experience with LAN and WAN Technologies, Server technologies, AD, backup, RAID, RAS, VPN, etc.
- Experience with Desktop and Notebook Network configuration.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $48,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
