What You’ll Do
- Handle all incoming customer inquiries quickly and professionally
- Schedule appointments accurately using our electronic systems
- Collect and organize key customer details (name, contact info, vehicle interest, etc.)
- Keep appointment schedules organized and up to date
- Follow up with customers who miss or reschedule appointments
- Send reminders to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Support the sales team while following company and manufacturer procedures
- Assist management with additional tasks when required

What We’re Looking For
- Team player with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work evenings as well as Saturdays
- Professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused attitude
- Computer proficiency; Excel knowledge is an asset
- Previous customer service or sales support experience is preferred
