POSITION:
Sales Coordinator (Contract)
LOCATION:
Guelph, Ontario

DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, East, the Sales Coordinator provides centralized administrative support for the provincial Sales teams.
_Please note, this is a five (5) month contract position._
Key Responsibilities:
Communication- Respond to general sales and customer inquiries, or direct to appropriate party, as required- Communicate internal and external correspondence and coordinate distribution of weekly mail outs for the Sales team
Sales Support- Organize sales meetings requirements for region- Complete Applications for Liquor Boards and The Beer Store in Ontario and Atlantic Canada- Complete Sales tools for the Sales Team with direction from Channel Managers- Coordinate and assist to execute special events, including maintaining the Sales cage- Coordinate with the POS fulfillment company to ensure proper order fulfillment and follow up to resolve related issues- Track and maintain sales contract documentation, as required
Administration- Provide administrative support and coordinate travel arrangements for the area Sales team- Track and report Sales Representative spending and process company credit cards for Sales team- Organize event sponsorships and trade shows, as required- Compile and coordinate new employee orientation materials and provide assistance to orient employees to various internal resources, as required- Provide Sales fleet administration and tracking- Track and report taxable benefit for event tickets and prepaid credit cards, and forward to payroll for processing- Track, distribute, and report on beer vouchers for employee and promotional beer for the organization- Perform other related duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support role- Post-secondary education in a related field- Experience working in a sales environment would be considered an asset- Exceptional client service skills- Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization- Effective communication, both written and verbal; strong presentation skills- Computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office- Beverage alcohol industry experience is an asset- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record- Acceptable criminal check- Ability to demonstrate behaviours compatible with organizational values
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office/2 days at home)- Travel may be required- Overtime may be required
