**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service
- Investigate motor vehicle accident physical damage claims
- Determine policy coverage, establish and adjust financial reserves, and comply with legislative and regulatory requirements for auto physical damage claims handling
- Gather information at its earliest stage from the customers, police, other insurers, witnesses, appraisers etc.
- Maintain cost control over claims expenses
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ years auto physical damage claims adjusting experience
- College /University degree an asset
- Chartered Insurance Professional Designation or actively working towards designation
- Superior customer service skills including problem solving, empathy and concern for our customers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent investigative and analytical skills
- Highly proficient time management and organizational skills
- Detailed knowledge of automobile insurance policies
- Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented with a critical degree of accuracy regarding data entry
- Good negotiation skill
