**Who we are looking for**:
Triple Eight Transport Inc. is looking for a talented and detail oriented Accounting Clerk. You’ll bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as solid computer skills, time management, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

**Responsibilities include**
- Prepare and submit customer invoices
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment
- Support payroll, billing, and AP/AR departments
- Assist in month end reporting procedures
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks
- Liaise with other departments/customers/vendors
- Assist accounting personnel with any other tasks conducted within the accounting department
- Other duties as required
- Planning and organizing including scheduling and prioritizing work tasks to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Communication skills
- verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to identify problems and implement workable solutions
- Works effectively as a part of a team
- Minimum of one year of experience in Transportation industry is required
- Experience in Great Plains Software is an asset
- Must be legally allowed to work full time in Canada
