You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless patient experience from the moment they step through our doors. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Welcoming patients and providing excellent hospitality. - Exceptional interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism and the ability to make people feel welcome. - Schedule and appointment management. - Health Insurance billing. - Managing patient records and maintaining confidentiality. - Maintaining general office and kitchen cleanliness and order, ensuring that clinic cleanliness is kept to a high standard. - Working with Independent contractors and employees to optimise their schedules. - Ability to maintain confidentiality of information. - Assisting with administrative tasks to support the clinic's daily operations. - Ability to work in a fast paced environment interacting with people all day. - Strong organisational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail - Ability to think like an owner and understand implications and costs of actions. - **A Can-Do Attitude**: Positive, self-starters who rise to the challenge and take personal responsibility for solutions and results. Approaches work with a positive attitude, has great people skills, and a sense of humour. - A flexible team player with the ability to problem solve and get along well with others. - Hands-on experience working with various administrative software. - **Customer Empathy**: Delivering relevant value to customers by listening, understanding, and reflecting what is heard and providing solutions.
