**Patient Experience Specialist**
Location: Victoria, BC
Employment type: Full-time (flexible hybrid / in-office)
Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and join the Patient Experience Specialist team of a pioneering healthcare innovator in British Columbia? RebalanceMD Canada is at the forefront of healthcare transformation, specializing in musculoskeletal (MSK) care. We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate team member to join our dynamic office. If you are passionate about healthcare and have excellent administrative skills, we would love to hear from you
**About the role**
We’re a high-volume specialist physician office seeking a motivated, tech-savvy Patient Experience Specialist to be the first point of contact for patients, referring clinics, and partners. You’ll manage multichannel communications using a modern integrated platform and our EMR.
Your focus: To be the trusted first connection for every patient, providing a seamless, responsive, and empathetic experience that defines best-in-class interdisciplinary care.
What you’ll do:
As the patient’s first point of connection, you champion compassionate, seamless communication. You ensure every call, message, or appointment is handled with responsiveness and care — guiding patients to the right support, creating calm in stressful moments, and setting the tone for their entire journey with us. Through precision, empathy, and collaboration, you deliver best-in-class service, uphold our quality standards, and continuously help improve how we care for patients.
What you’ll bring:
You bring the perfect blend of skill and empathy — combining experience in fast-paced settings with confidence in modern systems and tools. With a clear, professional voice and compassionate presence, you communicate effectively and with care while documenting with precision. Your sound judgment ensures patient safety, your organization keeps every detail on track, and your focus on care ensures every patient feels respected, understood, and supported.
