Part-Time Patient Experience Coordinator
Join our team at The Athlete Centre – a multi-disciplinary healthcare practice focused on helping active people perform at their best.
About The Role:
We're seeking a friendly, organized receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while keeping our clinic running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
– Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out procedures
– Schedule appointments and coordinate our booking system
– Handle phone inquiries and patient communications
– Process payments and maintain accurate records
– Support clinic operations with general administrative tasks
– Assist our team of practitioners as needed
What We're Looking For:
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Comfortable learning new software and technology (Jane App)
– Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
– Professional, reliable, and punctual
– Interest in sports, fitness, or healthcare is a plus
– Previous reception or customer service experience is an asset
What We Offer:

– Flexible shifts of 4hr+ (perfect for students)
– Part-time schedule of 10-20 hours per week
– $18-22/hr
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
