**Vitafoam Products Canada**, a division of VPC Group Inc. is looking for a **Assistant Supervisor **position to support our polyurethane foam manufacturing operation in **North York, ON.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Shift Supervisor regarding planning and scheduling
- Effectively handle customer service issues and purchase orders
- Customers paperwork for shipments and process online orders for client
- _Handle various administrative tasks including courier pickups and deliveries_
- Coordinating invoices from suppliers and send them out effectively and efficiently
- Handle all kinds of receivables and payables including payments from CODs on PSI and have strong follow-ups
- Work closely with other departments for payment purposes
- Maintain department supplies and month end inventory
- Conduct monthly JHSC inspections and ensure safety training compliance
- Backup for Shift Supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Completed post-secondary education
- Strong technical skills in MS Office (Word, **Excel,** Outlook etc.)
- 2-3 years of experience working in a Manufacturing Environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; enthusiastic, positive, outgoing personality - customer centric is important
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change
- Union Experience is an asset

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
