Due to growth, we are currently seeking a **Site Supervisor **to join our TGA General Contracting and Restoration Ltd. team and work under the direction of the Vice President, Construction. The key responsibilities of the **Site Supervisor **include but are not limited to:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide site supervision and management of construction projects as assigned
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and material procurement
- Supervise and evaluate staff
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other project documents throughout the construction process
- Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment
- Ensure compliance with building codes, project specifications, and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect the progress of work, identify and address any issues or challenges, and ensure project milestones are achieved.

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory/managerial role in construction
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential and commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of local, provincial, and federal health and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate on-site teams
- Sound understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, and coordination
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Efficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office) and construction management software
- Work well under pressure and tight timelines
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the GTA as required
