In addition to raw food for pets, we offer an extensive variety of premium pet supplements and natural pet treats, as well as a selection of raw-compatible fresh cooked, dehydrated and freeze-dried food for pets. **Position Summary** **Key Responsibilities**: - Communicating with store mangers and customers as required, including accepting orders and scheduling deliveries - Relaying customer requirements needs to appropriate United Raw staff, such as requests for marketing collateral, staff training, etc. - Processing additional customer orders on site as required - Assisting with the administration of certain United Raw promotions and programs - Supporting retailers looking to expand their freezer space through United Raw’s freezer purchasing program Warehouse - Managing the complete supply chain of incoming and outgoing products - HUB of communication for managers and suppliers regarding short or damaged products - Accepting delivery of products from distributors and manufacturing facilities - Processing deliveries into inventory management systems and reconciling deliveries and orders - Lifting and maneuvering up to 50lb boxes of products regularly - Organizing products shelved in warehouse and rotating products - Coordinating with store managers and/or other staff to identify and deliver inventory replenishments to retailers - Regular maintenance and inspections of company fleet vehicles Delivery - Logging into United Raw’s ordering system(s) and/or coordinating directly with other United Raw staff on a daily basis to identify and fulfill customer orders - Management and oversight for delivery staff including route efficiency, outcomes and customer expectations - Coordinating two-hour delivery windows, communicating delivery times to customers, and delivering orders to customers - Following all of United Raw procedures for delivery, including personal delivery follow-ups and proof of delivery **Qualifications** - Clean driving record (required) - Class 5 drivers license - 2 years warehouse experience - 1 years customer service experience - 2 years of delivery driver experience (preferred) - WHIMIS - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Love of pets and knowledge of pet specialty retail, with preference given to individuals who are educated on frozen raw pet food **Benefits**: - Extended health care - On-site parking **Salary**: $58,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - On-site parking Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: - Victoria, BC V9B 0V4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Secondary School (preferred) **Experience**: - warehouse: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: - Class 5 Licence (required) Work Location: In person
