**Job Overview**
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide essential administrative support. Your primary responsibilities will include client communication, coordinating schedules, data entry, updating client records in CRM platforms, organizing mailout campaigns, and managing various client-related tasks.

**Duties**
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, realtors, and service providers.
- Schedule property visits and coordinate the real estate agent’s calendar.
- Request and follow up on necessary information from realtors.
- Perform data entry, manage and maintain files, and organize documents.
- Maintain and update client records within the Zoho CRM system.
- Collect, organize, and ensure accurate documentation of receipts and invoices, then provide them to the bookkeeper in a clear and orderly format.
- Manage the ordering of supplies and services for real estate clients, including scheduling delivery and organizing fulfillment.

**Qualifications**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Experience with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and maintaining databases.
- Experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

We are seeking a dedicated professional who is looking for a long-term opportunity and eager to grow within our team.
