**Responsibilities**:
- **Generating Sales**: Actively seek out and engage potential customers through various means such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while consistently seeking opportunities to expand the customer base.
- **Consultative Selling**: Understand the needs, preferences, and budget constraints of customers to recommend suitable lighting solutions. Provide expert advice, product demonstrations, and technical support to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- **Quoting and Pricing**: Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations for customers, taking into account factors such as quantity discounts, special promotions, and shipping costs. Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales while maximizing profitability for the company.
- **Order Processing**: Handle order processing tasks efficiently, including entering orders into the system, verifying product availability, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery to customers. Work closely with other departments such as inventory management and logistics to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale support. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle returns or exchanges promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Goal Achievement**: Set ambitious sales targets and develop strategies to achieve or exceed them within designated timeframes. Monitor progress toward goals, identify obstacles or challenges, and take proactive measures to overcome them to ensure sales objectives are met or surpassed.
