**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **New Business Development**: Identify and prospect new clients, markets, and business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our products and services.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth in both new and existing markets.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales and maximize profitability.
- **Market Research**: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., production, engineering, and marketing) to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track and report sales activities, progress, and performance against targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions in the CRM system.
- **Customer Support**: Provide after-sales support and address any customer concerns or issues to maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the electronic manufacturing or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of electronics products, manufacturing processes, and industry trends.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and develop strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
