**Position Summary**:
We’re seeking an **entrepreneurial, tech-savvy, and hyper-organized HR Coordinator** to join our national head office in Burnaby, BC. This role is pivotal in supporting recruitment, managing employee development, resolving customer service issues, and ensuring compliance with varying provincial regulations. You’ll also play a key role in supporting new branch openings. Occasional travel may be required.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Recruit tirelessly** for high-turnover roles like movers and create innovative labor solutions for large projects.
- Collaborate with managers to resolve **customer service issues**, ensuring policies are upheld and customer satisfaction is prioritized.
- Ensure regular employee performance reviews and compliance with labor laws across all provinces.
- Coordinate impactful training programs to equip teams with the tools to excel.
- Work with go-teams to open new branches, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with provincial rules.
- Maintain organized HR systems and assist with payroll commissions.
