Job briefing:

- Assist with and respond to HR-related questions and requests from both internal and external sources
- Maintain paper and database records of personnel data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, etc.) and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Facilitate in carrying out performance evaluations
- Organize the team's schedule, including meetings, interviews, and HR-related events
- Plan and execute seminars and workshops
- Meet with new hires, conduct onboarding, and maintain records

Who you are:

- Proven work history in a human resources coordinator or related administrative role
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration or a closely related field is a plus
- Familiarity with social media recruiting
- Knowledge of HR databases, HRIS systems, and ATS software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
