**Position Summary**: We are seeking a motivated and skilled HR Manager to join our team at Ferguson Moving. This position will be instrumental in sourcing top talent, managing recruitment processes, coordinating training initiatives, and leveraging Bamboo HR to support our company's growth and employee development goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Talent Acquisition**:
- Collaborate closely with managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments with hiring teams.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- **Training Coordination**:
- Partner with department heads to identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate online training systems.
- Facilitate training sessions as needed, ensuring high-quality delivery and engagement.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance metrics.
- **HR Administration**:
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies across all HR activities.
- Utilize Bamboo HR system for efficient HR administration and data management.
- **Employee Relations**:
- Act as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and career development opportunities.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues as they arise.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:
- Compile and analyze HR metrics to track recruitment and training effectiveness, employee engagement, and retention.
- Prepare regular reports for management review, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Training Coordinator, preferably in the logistics, transportation, or service industries.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Bamboo HR or similar HRIS platforms for efficient HR administration.
- Experience in the moving or home services industry is a strong asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
