**Our Client**

Our Client is comprised of a dynamic group of pharmacies, consisting of eleven (11) locations throughout the Winnipeg area and one (1) in Kenora, with direct oversight of five (5) medical clinics throughout Winnipeg area. As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking to grow their head office team by adding strategic positions that support the ongoing growth and development of the organization.

**Position Summary**

Reporting to the Human Resources & Payroll Administrator, the Payroll & Benefits Coordinator is primarily responsible for completing payroll for all pharmacies under the organizations umbrella as well as enrolling/maintaining and terminating employees that participate in the organization’s health benefits program.

The Payroll & Benefits Coordinator is also responsible for entering new employees into the organization HRIS, maintaining employee records and completing various accounting functions such as: Annual filing to H&E and Workers Compensation & Quarterly filling for WSIB.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- 3 years’ experience with relevant education.
- Experience with Payworks is an asset.
- Experience with SAGE 50 is an asset.
- Experience with processing hourly and salary employees is required.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Payroll Management and Processing
- biweekly, using Payworks for 180+ employees
- Setup new employees, terminations, and wage changes
- Assist Managers with troubleshooting and payroll related matters
- Monitor timeclock entries, review and verify prior to processing
- Review Absence Management of employees
- Prepare the monthly H&E Tax for filing
- Prepare, bi-weekly, invoices for payroll recovery, journal entries using SAGE 50
- Group Insurance Benefits enrollments, amendments, terminations, and respond to employee queries of the benefit plan
- Maintain personnel records, paper and electronic
- Payroll Yearend - reconciling, prepare, review, balance T4’s
- Annual filing to H&E and Workers Compensation
- Quarterly filling for WSIB

- $46,500.00 - $57,500.00
