Based out of our main facility in Innisfil, ON, our primary focus is the marine industry. We manufacture pipe docks and floating docks in different levels of ruggedness. Our welding equipment is state of the art over other industries. We also produce various types of boatlifts from PWC to yachts. In addition to docks and lifts we manufacture unique accessories for the cottage industry. In our facilities we have substantial roto molding capabilities which we use to manufacture plastic components like Plastic Decking, Anchors, Floats, Drive on ports, etc. We deal with aluminum extrusions, sand cast aluminum and die cast aluminum. We have vinyl extrusions and many other molds.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to launch awareness in targeted markets i.e. Decking, Dock Floats, Cottage products.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and networking. Scope of reach is vast ; potentially international.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Implement Financing plans for qualified buyers.
- Utilize tracking leads programs, managing customer interactions, and reporting on business development activities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare presentations and proposals for potential clients that effectively communicate the value of our services.

**Qualifications**
- Must have Proven experience in business development or a related field, demonstrating a track record of success.
- Strong Computer Skills in order to enter in quotes, take orders, schedule deliveries. This position seriously requires knowledge and proficiency of programs such as Word, Publisher, Excel, Outlook, ( currently ; no Admin. Assistant is available)
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage independently multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative in driving results.

Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
