Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential leads to drive business growth. You will play a crucial part in our sales process, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into valuable customers. Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets.
  • Engage with prospects through various channels including phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their potential fit for our products or services.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lead generation process.
  • Follow up with leads in a timely manner to nurture relationships and encourage engagement.
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Skills

  • Strong sales acumen with experience in business development preferred.
  • Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and inside sales processes.
  • Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with prospects.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to adapt strategies based on feedback and results.

Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
