Bilingual Contact Centre Representative

**What is the opportunity?**
- Responsible for answering incoming calls received on all product lines from the general contact centre telephone lines
- Responsible for working in a team-oriented, multi-disciplinary and digital environment
- Participate in projects within the department as assigned
**What will you do?**
- Proficiency in handling all call types with little to no assistance.
- Meet all call service standards.
- Maintain Quality Assurance levels.
- Skill building and development.
- Implement and effectively manage change.
- Participate in projects and initiatives within Life & Health Claims.
**What will you need to succeed?**
- 1 to 2 years of Customer Service knowledge or relevant experience
- Proficient on claims systems for lines of businesses being supported
- Proven problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify additional sources to uncover vital information not otherwise available
- Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Prioritize and perform effectively under tight deadlines
- Quickly adapt to changing circumstances
- Proven ability to multi-task and balance goals and priorities
**Special Conditions**
Please note you must be fluently bilingual in **both**English and French to apply. Only applicants fluent in both languages will be considered for this position. Please note this is a contract position with a proposed end date of November 30, 2026.
