We work with mega builders and condominium managements and private customers.

Job Responsibilities:
- Handles outgoing and incoming multi-line customer care calls
- Accommodates schedule needs of existing clients, including scheduling future appointments and addressing schedule changes
- Makes outgoing confirmation and follow up calls for the client's appointments
- Answers questions from clients and addresses concerns using established scripts and coherent logic
- Serves as information desk, including transfer of calls and accepting phone messages
- Demonstrates knowledge of services, professionalism and outstanding customer service
- Adheres to established procedures for inter-office communication and other guidelines related to the job and the company
- Performs other related duties as assigned Skills
- Ability to make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear and calm matter
**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)
